How do I become a professional boxer? license issues

Post by ihateyouworld »

Hello, Iam from turkey. 27 year olds.
I want to start a professional career but I don't know what I can do about it. There's a sports club in our country that gives a professional license, I heard that, and I called the guy. He told me that he said ' yes but.. ' that he would give me a professional boxing license only for those who are good at amateur career.
Can not be professional if I can not get the license? Do I need a professional license to fight in an organization outside of Turkey?

My experiences are amateur Muay Thai and I had some fights under the stairs. not licenced*

I want to try my luck as a professional boxer.Im working for that.

What kind of way do you think I should follow?

Please show me a way. thank you :salut:

Well to start with , you need a coach / trainer , and if you can't find a coach , who knows what to do , you should'nt bother unless your gonna move to an area where there is one

You don't have ANY amateur boxing experience?
WHY would you want to go professional without any experience? You will get murdered.
How should you go pro? Go to a club and train, get 30-50 amateur fights, win some tournaments and then talk to your coach to see if he thinks that you are good enough to go pro.
If you go pro with no experience you will just be used as an easy fight for up and coming boxers and never have any experience of your own.
