QUERY -Ring Top Ten - Wrong 'Joe Carter' in middleweight list for 1943/1944?

Hi.

I've just noticed that 'The Ring Magazine's Annual Ratings' pages for 1943 and 1944 include 'Joe E. Carter' (ID# 084639) at Middleweight. Should this be 'Joe Carter' (ID# 010001)?

I do not have the Ring Magazines to check I'm afraid, but based on their linked records Joe Carter/010001 seems far more likely to be in Top Ten.
