I slightly favor Haye to take the decision. This fight would have been tactical and Haye's punching power could have been a decisive factor, Haye could have hurt Byrd on different occasions, thus probably making Byrd more cautios, less willing to work. But I don't think, that Haye would have scored a KO.

I recall Chris Byrd was very worried when facing Maurice Harris, who had similar attributes to Haye. Byrd found the answers when he needed them and at his peak might just have to many moves for Haye. I'd give Haye a decent punchers chance though.

Maybe Byrd vs Carl Thompson would be a better fight.

Harris was nothing like haye. Solid boxer that fought behind his jab, pretty tight defense, limited power and a decent chin. Real tough gatekeeper who had one run over prospects. Am I thinking of the wrong guy?

Byrd by unanimous decision in a boring (I said boring, not boxing) fight.

And this Kalam-Saad business made me laugh!

Haye nailed Wladimir Klitschko with some terrific, deceptive, and very smooth right handers

Yeah, luckily buzz is done playing kalan. I'm able to just ignore trolling now, but it still sucks scrolling novels if you're otherwise engaged in the conversation.
