In my 26 or so years since I saw Christy Martin-Deirdre Gogarty and became as much of a fan of the women's game as of the men's, I have only for the first time today seen a woman admonished for punching low, so I have a question...
Is it ok for women to punch below the belt or not? I had assumed it would not be such a problem as it is for the dudes, and that instead women are not allowed to punch around the boobs....
So what's the rules for women regarding that???

Re: Women's boxing question
I guess we'd have to ask a woman.. If they've ever been hit low, or lower stomach area.. Without a woman's opinion, we will not know..AntonioMartin wrote: ↑21 Oct 2020, 02:57 In my 26 or so years since I saw Christy Martin-Deirdre Gogarty and became as much of a fan of the women's game as of the men's, I have only for the first time today seen a woman admonished for punching low, so I have a question...
