IDK, from a pure entertainment point of view, I'm interested. The sad thing is I think these two might still be better than some of the guys we see boxing now. I think it will be entertaining, I don't think either of these guys knows how to fight an exhibition.

Well, I won't pick Tyson against anybody from the HW top 30 for sure, if not further. And Jones against anyone from the CW top 20 or so. Anyway, I have an interest to watch it not live and for free and I'll do it.

No, i don't think they'd beat the top guys. They're just too big nowadays but I have zero doubts about how trash hwt is that they could be some top 30 guys.

Tyson got worked by Kevin McBride almost 2 decades ago. Granted, the division is trash but he wouldn't beat Kevin Johnson.

The division is at least for sure better than in the era from the mid 2000s until the mid 2010s. And in the 90s there were a couple of oldmen, who were fighting for championships. Anyway, we probably won't be able to prove, how good Tyson can be today and that's good actually.

Something tells that Tyson can be better now than against McBride. He is at least fit now, then he was tired of eveything and wasn't giving much sh!t about preparation.

If you have been paying attention to the videos of Tyson he's probably in better shape now than he was last time he fought a sanctioned fight. Sure, with age he probably lost a little speed but still looks pretty damn good:

Looks to me like Tyson looks more like his old self than Roy Jones Jr. does.

I'm talking the shape he's in. He's in better shape now than he was then. He's probably not as quick anymore and older you get the harder it is to take a punch but there are some real trash boxers in the top 30 at hwt and I have no doubt there are a few he could beat.

I doubt that. Do you even watch boxing?

Foreman beat top 30 guys at 48. Holyfield beat top 3. guys nearing 50.

Heavyweight is different than other weights, there just isn't the quality in the division as there is in others and also you can get away with losing speed more too.

I would place a $100 bet on Tyson vs some of the guys nearing #30.

It amazes me people think a 54 year old man, who was shot 15+ years ago and hasn't fought since, who has been on powerful medication for depression and has been stoned for god knows how long has miraculously improved with age. All based on 10 second clips of hitting a bag.

Nobody said he's a better boxer, he's in better shape than he was. Clearly leaner now than when he last fought.

Tyson couldn't beat an egg. He was thrashed shiteless by Peter fcking mcneely 15 years ago.
