I’ve got a perverse interest in just how many people will buy this as i can’t think there will ever have been a UK PPV event in this country which is as poor as this - and it’s now £20!

If this turns a profit why would any TV company or promotional outfit not just settle for the bare minimum in future knowing that thousands will just had over their cash no matter what gets served up?

Absolutely appreciated that it’s a free choice and if anyone wishes to buy it that’s fair enough. You don’t have a leg to stand on to complain about PPV, or even general subscription show quality in the future if you pay for this though.

It's shocking.
That fight wasn't a terrible watch tbf, but should cost 2/3 less with all these women's fights @ 2 mins. :brick:

Call me cynical but there’s absolutely no way that Hubmeyer wins this. She’ll have to get a knockout to draw.

See how much coverage the BBC give Ramla, yet when Bobby Ball dies you hardly hear of it..

I usually do. I'm a mug usually. Ebmbassingly I would of brought it if allen - lovejoy was still on.. I'm pathetic. But I drew the line here. Not doing it for one decent fight and awful women boxing including a debutant
It really is bad - you're not gonna miss much.

I had Skelly slightly up but still a good draw decision, given the mutual differences in aggression and precision.

Indeed, this Hubmayer is pretty shocking.

An Olympian amateur with long arms vs Scrappy Doo.

Horrid mismatch and "shades of" doesn't even try to stop "The Slayer".

I watched Nelson vs DeLeon while babysitting over 30 years ago - this is worse. :brick:

The trouble with women's boxing is, while some of them have flashy skills, they have no power at all so every fight pans out the same, basically a knackered slugfest with loads of missing. The predictability of these fights, the complete lack of drama and the lack of depth in the divisions make it almost unwatchable for me.

She does, but also fragile.

I can see her getting Krushed in a WT fight - in a kinda women's Syllakh vs Kovalev.

I’ve given it a chance and after careful consideration, women’s boxing is crap.

But if one of them is a 36 year old single mother, Tesco Joe thinks she should be paid a fortune.
