Hello all,
So, who do you have in this battle at 147?
I've had heated discussions with a few die hard Mayweather fans about this one. They are absolutely convinced that Mayweather would emerge victorious and possibly even stop Hearns.
My opinion is that Tommy was a stylistic nightmare for Mayweather and with his huge physical advantages, massive right hand and underrated skills he was more than capable of knocking out Mayweather or at worst, winning pretty comfortably on points.

Prime Hearns couldn't be outboxed. Hearns by dec, unless Floyd managed to reach Hearns' glass jaw.

Lol at glass jaw. Tommy wide Dec.

Maybe not exactly glass, but his chin was shaky and brought a lot of troubles to him.

I think Tommy would be a nightmare for Mayweather. True and agreed his chin was not great but Floyd is not a puncher so Tommy could outbox and outworked him in route to a comfortable decision. His height speed jab and power would be the difference.

This fight is Hearns vs Benitez all over again. A defensive awarely fought fight. Hearns by decision if he breaks his right hand, though.

Hearns by UD. Only power punchers beat the Hitman.
