I enjoyed the main event and if I'm honest that's what I paid for, so I'll go to bed happy :TU:

No.
Clev Bellew.

That was a good fight, the undercard was watchable. Shocking AS A PPV, but a good night's boxing otherwise.

Wasn’t Eubank Jr against that Aussie guy for a “world title” on ITV ppv ?

The best thing about watching it on a dazn stream tonight was the lack of hype and nonsense associated with Sky’s coverage. No Adam Smith, no Bellew, no box ticking female presenter, no Eddie Hearn telling us what magnificent entertainment we’re watching ..... just Nick Halling and Andy Lee talking boxing all night .... perfect. I’d have willingly paid money to have an alternative to Sky’s irritating presentation.

Worst one I ever saw was Tyson vs Corey "T-Rex" Sanders in an Exhibition bout.

Mayweather vs Carlos Baldomir was hot garbage too.

Arreola knocked out Witherspoon's son on the undercard of that, half ass saving it.

Hell the Hopkins vs De La Hoya PPV was garbage.

We had Marco Antonio Rubio getting KO'd in 1 by Kofi Jantuah, and then 2 suck ass fights, and that was it.

Juan Manuel Marquez stank out the joint against some schmuck, and Hopkins vs DLH was boring as hell too. Even the KO wasn't satisfying.

Are you related to savannah Marshall?
:maybe:
No - Why would you think that ?!

She was good last night and one of the few women’s fights I’d look forward too is her vs Shields.

The biggest connection I have to her is I’m thinking of buying a Savannah cat !

Gee I didn't know you guys were paying for it.
It was live and free here in NZ.
I actually enjoyed 3 fights on the card.
The main event was a pretty entertaining match.
Would I have paid for it?
Probably not.
Was it the worst PPV?
Not by a long shot.

3 fights involving sandwich makers. Lee Selby curing insomnia and a good not great heavyweight match up does not make a PPV card, not by a long shot. Really poor form from Sky. Even if I was caked I would not pay to watch that

It would have been rubbish as a normal Saturday night SKY show let alone paying twenty quid for it

Povetkin-Whyte 2 isn't exactly scintillating either. A more competitive main event than last night but the undercard looks even worse.

I use Crack too. Always been fine for me except Fury-Wilder 2 but I was in Amsterdam with dodgy signal.

Remember the Kevin Bennett vs Graham Earl PPV - which actually decided against showing much of the undercard for Tyson vs McBride - which was also a PPV the week before. I got both and I felt so short changed.

The reason shitty cards keep being put on PPV, is because people keep paying for them.

Look at the Premier League PPVs, they're reconsidering it already due to disappointing sales and the bad publicity that it's received.

On the other hand, boxing PPVs make money due to the amount of people reluctantly paying for them. Hearn/Warren/Whoever don't care if you dislike paying, just as long as you do it.

This is it in a nutshell. One night of abstinence from 50% of us knowing we’re having our pants pulled down would very quickly change this for a few years. We keep bending over and taking it though
