At 140 it would've been a very competitive bout. I think Cotto would've won, but it would've been a really hard fought battle.

At Welterweight Cotto would've won handily. He got better actually when he went up in weight. Hatton of course, did not.

At Welterweight he probably stops Hatton. Cotto wins a close decision at 140 I think, though I could see Hatton winning there, as he was at his absolute best at 140 and Cotto wasn't.
