It's a unanimous decision. Ah, unanimous Ortiz KO.

Was pleasantly surprised to see HW boxing on tonight. I need a break from state result watching.

On the station that calls Joe Mr. president-elect. FOX :yay:

Abell injures his right bicep and gets counted out from Coffie's left to the body in round 2.

Tuning in. Hard to beat live heavyweights. I’ll switch to Haney fight after the ME.

Update: Sanchez puts down Howard in round 3. 30-26 for Sanchez.

Howard down again in round 4. Down again for a third time. Sanchez closing the show.

Howard fought back and showed heart. Sanchez closed it with a big right hand. Ref steps in and waves off the fight.

46 seconds. Body shot ends it. Did Flores hurt his knee?

Strangest KO I've seen in a long time. Ortiz goes to the body; Flores ducks to his left and collides with Ort's forearm and gets like a clothesline. KO1.

I was watching hrgovic flicked back and it was over. was it a body shot or a closeline, or were they seperate shots? iv seen 2 replays 2 angles one is definatly closeline to head, one looks like a body shot....

decent, but against a heavybag. hrgovic looks too heavy to me, i liked him a lot more around 230ishlb. Looked flat footed but let some combos go. still lacks a left hand. hard to take anything out of it, booker looked like King pin...

He said he his eye collided with Ortiz and he went blank, and then he felt numbness in his leg. That’s why he was favoring his leg when he got up.

a win's a win but this one was a pretty much useless, albeit quick, one for Ortiz

Not that flores was ever going to win (but that begs the question why did they make this fight), but given it was 40 seconds in, and nothing significant had landed, And the finnishing blow was a accidental clothsline, IF flores appealed would there be any chance of this being changed to a no contest? because it feels like the definition of a no contest to me.

Ortiz stops a fleshy unathletic journeyman rather quickly.

That’s unusual for him!

The PBC commentators did a really terrible job trying to polish that huge stinky Flores tûrd!

What’s next for Luis Ortiz? Nuri Seferi?

The calibre of victories on the Cuban’s resume for the last five years currently resembles Mark De Mori‘s.

If Ortiz isn't going to face an established top 10 opponent, I'd like to see him face Sanchez.

I was about to write that. They couldn't have had Ortiz vs Sanchez to begin with? Are they too young to face off?

All mismatches of this event were ending with decent KOs, but then there came Ortiz against that guy with dangling tits and provided a horrible phantom punch KO, which looked uglier than the tits of that guy. Shame.

Erm was that a dive? Surely. Look at the second replay, the power ripples through his body rather than his head.

Was Flores saying he was hurt to the body? If he said he was hurt to the head then that is very unbelievable.

He said when his head collided Ortiz’s arm, his eyes went blank and then said after he fell, he felt numbness in his leg. That’s why he was favouring his leg.

It looked like he entered the ring for a paycheck, being not ready for such opponent and wanting no part of him, so he used the first opportunity of quitting.
