To think America had greats like Ali, Holmes, Holyfield, Tyson etc now you have this blighter Wilder shaming you all, he must've been smoking the same thing Charles Martin has been.
No yanks care about wilder. As for excuses, all the guys you listed ran them up. Much better fighters than wilder, but Tyson, for example, tried to justify biting off an ear and a dominant loss due to head butts.

Since Carlos Zarate's theory of fever, cars ans sweat in Puerto Rico before the Wilfredo GFomez bout, Gomez's not having time to train for Salvador Sanchez etc, to now, Ive heard every excuse available. Some are true, some not. I take it all with a grain of salt. One thing: only losers have excuses.

He's lucky if Breland and/or Fury don't sue him. What he said about Mark Breland was unforgiveable. Who exactly is being disloyal ???

Deontay just shut TFU, get yourself fit and back in the ring. Forget about the Fury fight. If you'd really wanted it you wouldn't have waited 8 months without offering to begin negotiations, and it's not the first time your team have waited until the ship has sailed before piping up and demanding for you to be the opponent.

I remember the WBA being very patient in allowing time for Wilder and AJ to negotiate the fight for undisputed. Your team ran the clock down until the WBA lost patience and demanded AJ defend against Povetkin. As soon as Joshua was forced to commit to Povetkin, Team Wilder predictably started accusing AJ of ducking him and choosing to fight an easier opponent in Povetkin.

It is very similar in its way to the time time-honoured tradition of the fighter who jumps up at the count of nine and waits until the referee waives it off before remonstrating about how he should have been allowed to carry on. There aren't too many people fooled by that.

Yeah I think so too. He's probably got a pretty easy case there.

Aside from a potential lawsuit from Breland surely Wilder must be brought before the Commission to explain his accusations that they were negligent in allowing gloves to be tampered with...

In just 18 1/2 rounds Wilder went from biggest puncher to biggest crybaby in the HW division.

I knew Fury embarrassed him and gave him a very bad beating, but this appears to be one of those life changing beatings some people never recover from. It's seems Deontay's mentality is weaker than his win column.

This is problem of pro boxing these days. Everybody wanna be Mayweather with that "O". What is wrong with you man? Just take that loss like a man and continue. Ok you cannot beat Tyson Fury, so take Charles Martin, Robert Helenius or somebody else. No idiotic excuses. No idiotic talks. No idiotic bomb squad screams. Just bring some entertaining fights, earn solid money and live good life. Honestly a was happy for Fury win in rematch, but this excuses are embarassing not only for Wilder, his fans, boxing fans, but for everybody who read this sh!!t

These boxing commissions are in name only. They have little jurisdiction over some of boxings biggest investments.

Remember when Tyson Fury was trying to intimidate and threaten UKAD?

Boxing justice is such a contradiction in terms that it threatens to make an oxymoron of any of us who still believe in it.

There's always room for prosecution and defence but the judges have usually been paid for.

By the promoters using the comission as a beard.

I'm sure the courts will let us know who REALLY won the fight. Referees don't run this country!

more from the interview above
Is Deontay Wilder coming apart at the seams? It would certainly appear so as the former heavyweight champion continues to throw out one excuse after another to explain away his knockout loss to Tyson Fury earlier this year.

If the weighty costume and glove tampering excuses weren’t bad enough, Wilder has since been throwing his former trainer Mark Breland under the bus. Breland, of course, was the one who threw in the towel for Wilder in the Fury rematch, much to Wilder’s dismay. Wilder has now recently come out to essentially claim that Breland was in on a ‘plot’ to dethrone him during an interview with 78 Sports TV.

“About 15 minutes before going out to the fight, warming up on the mitts, I was fuckin’ about to put a hole in the mitts. It was perfect, I felt great, I was going in. Until I went into the ring — that transformation from the point of leaving my dressing room and going into the ring drinking certain water and stuff, trying to keep myself hydrated and stuff like that, I just started feeling weird.

“And if my water was spiked as if I took a muscle relaxer or something like that...my water was tampered with, bruh...this feeling right here, it was a different feeling. It’s like I had no control over my body, my legs was weak and stuff like that. But although my body was weak, my mind was very strong.

We even had somebody on film try to tell (Mark Breland) ‘throw the towel in, they got a rematch (clause).’ He was so eager to do it, because I believe he was apart of it, bro. He was part of it. And even more so, I think he got something to do with my water as well. This is my beliefs because he was the only one handling my water. He was the only one...I have strong sources.

“Something was in my system that wasn’t supposed to be. They plotted and planned this, and they had help too...Even when I walked into the building it felt demonic, bro. It felt weird. It felt weird...And the referee coming in the dressing room, I can feel his negative energy. This man eyes looked like he done took a cocktail drink before going into the fight. His energy felt like ‘I’m gonna do something to you, black man.’..

“Either he was drunk, or he was part of it (the conspiracy). Which one was it?...I think Mark (Breland) was apart of it as well. People talking about ‘he saved me,’ he didn’t save me motherfucker! You don’t know what being a king is. You don’t know what being a warrior is...how you gonna tell me this man saved my life?! That man ain’t save my life.

“My team know this about me. Five years I’ve been preaching ‘don’t even throw no towel in, bruh.’ And that’s why it’s even worse...It’s a reason why he threw that towel in and it ain’t because he was saving my life! Because if he was saving my life then why the fornicate didn’t he save my life in the Ortiz fight when I was worse situation than this fight. I was in a rapid fire, head blows, you know — that’s the time when you throw the towel in.

“We warned Mark not to do that. That wasn’t even Mark’s place to do that. And, on top of that, this motherfucker didn’t even give me a warning that he was gonna do it! A true trainer, or somebody that’s supposed to be legit supposed to warn you, ‘Look, you ain’t looking good, champ. The next (round) if you don’t show me something I’ma have to...just letting you know.’ That’s somebody that care about you, that’s somebody that’s trying to save you...But if you apart of the plot, that ain’t gonna matter...He had to fulfill an obligation, he had to do something.

“Some shit was going on in my body (leading into the opening bell). It wasn’t feeling right, bro. And I’m just trying to keep my composure, trying to keep a bluff face because as a fighter you can sense a wounded dog...but in my head it’s ‘something’s going on, it ain’t right.’”

Perhaps the towel in came too late? Because that is the ramblings of a brain damaged man.

It was that contentious punch that bust Wilder's ear, end of round 3 I think, that hurt Wilder. So much so that he believes Fury had loaded gloves.

It was also that bust ear that Breland gestured to when questioned by Wilder after he stopped it.

As they say, one thing leads to another.

In any case it was not the one sided beat down that Fury fans would like to portray. If Fury had any decency he would grant the rematch that Wilder is asking for.

Alas, if Tyson Fury had any decency, he wouldn't be Tyson Fury.

It absolutely was a one-sided beatdown. Did Wilder land more than a handful of punches? Or a single meaningful one?

This might be one of the stupidest things ever posted on Boxrec.

And this is a forum that has hosted TML, Kronkpride, Asdfjkl and HomicideHenry.

It was the definition of a one sided beatdown. You have to be trolling.

lol it was a total 60-52 battering bruh , in fact it knocked wilder crazy

they've already fought twice and wilder got his butt whooped the 2nd time, and couldnt pull out a win either time, why wilder would be entitled to yet another fight out of 'decency' is beyond me. if the clause expired that's it.

some of these dudes you can tell they just want them to fight until wilder can pull out a win
