What is next for John RYder

Post by Cent0089 »

His primary targets were Canelo and Smith rematch. They are both unavailable now. What is next for Ryder? Is he maintaining himself in fight shape? Ive became fan of him since Sirotkin fight, he was unknown for me before. But he is very entertaining to watch :box: :box: :box:

I can’t see him fighting Lemieux next but could be wrong.

I think he’ll have some sort of WBA eliminator against a meh opponent.

If Wazza promoted Smith, Eddie would have been carrying on for a year on behalf of Ryder. He might be getting a bit sick of Sims. The John Doc fight didn’t look good on him in my opinion.

Cannot seeing Uncle Frank or Williams wanting that fight seeing as he is being lined up to face Andrade in February but I agree would be a good fight, just would never happen.

Tony Sims says Hearn is getting him a spot on the Canelo/Smith undercard. Then Hearn says Canelo/Smith will free up the WBA Regular and he expects the WBA to order Ryder/Chudinov for the vacant early next year.

Very different scenario. Williams is mandatory to Andrade, so why would they give up a shot at a World Title to step up in weight and face Ryder in a non-title fight? Makes no sense at all? Also Andrade was mandatory to BJS so the fight had to happen.

We have four top class British middleweights (assuming they can all make MW) Ryder Saunders Eubank and Williams who should all be fighting each other in big domestic showdowns that would sell themselves and instead we’ll see them all in not particularly interesting fights against fringe world class opponents for meaningless titles.

Reminds me of the Andy Lee, Murray, Barker and Macklin situation a few years ago
