Lol what. Roy’s fine. I’m sure he spars all the time.
Those were some murderous punches that connected on him, doesnt matter how much you spar at best those punches are gonna kill a few braincells. Roy doesnt get hit with punches like those sparring.

Those punches gave Andrew Golota a concussion, a fractured left cheekbone and a slipped-disc neck injury. Brian Nielsen and Frank Bruno got detached retinas. Dangerous stuff.

Were they holding back ?
I mean....Tyson was trying for a 55 year old. Roy seemed to be playing. All up it was a hold-fest.
Perfect description. Don’t regret watching and I’ll do it again next time. Snoop concert and Robinson KO worth the money alone.

You could be right but I thought Roy smothered him like a prime Kevin McBride and took the sting out of those big shots. I think Tyson was a little bit intimidated knowing Roy beat John Ruiz, who beat Evander Holyfield.

Roy must have studied the great McBride but he’s no McBride and only got the draw.

And people say "get old fighters in to score fights,at least they know what to look for" ye right, vinny scored it for roy because he is still in shock at the 3 uppercuts he took in the 90's of RJJ. As for chad I didnt think he was still alive after Adonis destroyed him.

Would be happy to see him commentating more. He's entertaining and knows just enough to get by as well.

I thought it was surprisingly entertaining, I went in with low expectations and was fairly happy watching the old guys go at it. Not sure what Paz was watching though. It's crazy that people were allowed to and actually did bet on it though.

the paz and dawson and martin cards ive read were set to get a draw, to keep the initail 'no winner' thing, looking at how bizarre they are i can believe it

It was worthy of a draw indeed, as nothing was happening really, but the scores still were a joke.

I wasn't sure what to expect but was NOT expecting Jones's durability to be what it was, nor did I expect Tyson to have better stamina either!

Both understandably looked like shit, yet both did well on their own ways.

I've seen pro fights between guys in their prime that gave less than these 2 legends.

I'll however be okay to never see these two in a ring again.

According to CEJ, RJJ doesn’t leave the gym.

They surely performed well for their ages, but as a sort of boxing bout it wasn't entertaining. I don't regret that I didn't wake up for this.

Tyson landed. 57 shots nearly as many as ward landed in the 1st kovalev fight. Sounds like a slugfest

I could have bet my house on a draw, I'm amazed you could actually bet on this. Looked like Tyson held back quite a lot. Jones was totally exhausted and could barely talk even at the post fight interview.
