Nice work! What was your bet?
25$ on Joyce win, 25$ on Joyce win by stoppage, 50$ on Joyce win by stoppage in rounds 10-12
Totally agree with that. Joyce is very decent, hard-hitting, very durable fighter with a good jab.Finkel wrote: β03 Dec 2020, 23:45 Sorry, this one's a bit late, just had chance to sit down and watch the Yoka-Hammer fight.
Yoka and Hammer both remain unranked
Yoka-Hammer, that was a weird one. I really liked Yoka's clean punches especially his straights to the body. But he was getting out muscled a lot by Hammer and seemed weak in the clinch; dropping to the floor (under instruction from his corner) 4 times in 3 rounds. Hammer was clearly brought in to give Yoka rounds, but in all honesty had that been a neutral venue, Hammer would have probably gotten a draw or the nod. So I don't think Yoka is ready for top 15 just yet. But this was good experience for Yoka.
Joyce to 11 and Dubois remains unranked
Impressive performance by Joyce in a fight that he was clearly set to be robbed in (had he allowed it to go the distance). Joyce's punch speed makes for amusing memes, but I think people have been sleeping on this guy because of all the jokes.
