Mike Tyson must have some incredible good genes after all those bad-unhealthy habits that he had

Post by apollo creed »

I mean Mike's cardiovascular system and overall his whole organism must be top notch in terms of genes, after all those years of severe addictions, unhealthy lifestyle and partying. After 15 years since he retired he's still alright for his age. No chronic condition.

Too right.
Despite whatever nutrients or stem cells or whatever he took, to get back into that shape is impressive.
An inspiration for many

Yeah, he was built like a Mercedes Cobra. :TU:

In the Hotboxin' with Mike Tyson-he's telling how much crazy stuffs he was abusing and how wild he lived. It's really amazing that Mike is alright at his age.

Alcohol and pot, especially pot, are far healthier than coke and pills. He may have stopped drinking, but I'm not sure.

If you're drinking water, eating well, and exercising, a little partying is ok for most people. Tobacco hurts your lungs far more.

Mike always had superb athleticism. Not terribly surprising he got in shape when he was actually trying. Most of his later fights he admittedly didn’t train at all.

The guy won a heavyweight world title at 20 years old, I’d say it’s pretty obvious that he has good genes

I really doubt that Mike was 'partying' like an armchair-internet troll.

Glad you mentioned that.

Think about it, champion at 20 years of age!

Trevor Berbick never stood a chance that night.

Tyson looked in pretty good nick.

Was interesting to see that Jones looked about the same size, although Jones was clearly quite a lot softer compared to his heyday.
