Mike Tyson path to redemption.

Post by H8Usernames »

What 10 decent winnable fights can be made for Mike Tyson? This list is gonna be based on the biggest fights that Mike acctually has a chance of winning. Obviously Mike Vs Joshua would be huge but Mike would stand no chance of winning and obviously Mike vs Ivan Robinson would be a very easy fight to win for Mike but nobody would watch that joke of a fight so for these reasons those fights wont be included on this list.

1. Mike Tyson vs Lucas Browne. For some reason Browne is known and has some unwarranted credibility but anyone and their grandmothers can beat this fellow.

2. Artur Szpilka. This guy is old news but still has some fame and would get demolished by the 54 year old.

3. David Price. David loves getting koed but has some height and british fame. Tyson loves koing people. Perhaps this one is borderline on being too risky.

4. Marco Huck. This small cw fraud would get his from Tyson.

5. Victor Emilio Ramirez.

6. Kevin Johnson

7. Christian Hammer

8. Alex Leapai

9. Vinny Maddalone

10. Danny Green

I can see him winning 2-3, maybe 4 out of those fights.

The majority will bash the oldman out. Only Maddalone and Green looks like even matchups.

And how Hammer is in the list? A 33 year old tough gatekeeper, who went distance with Povetkin, Ortiz and Yoka.

Agree that Hammer is too tough for old Mike. Would’ve made a really quality KO1 for prime Mike though, so I like where your head is on that one, OP.

My list:

1. Shawndell Winters
2. Joey Dawejko
3. Lucas Browne
4. Chris Arreola
5. Eric Molina

I didnt watch. Id venture a guess roy knew tyson was the draw and roy clowned and flicked an occassional punch to let tyson fire some punches and get the crowd excited

Apparently people on a message board are even dumb enough to fall for that

Just watched on youtube. Roy didn't clown. He looked a bit shocked at what Tyson brought to the ring and admitted to being pretty beaten to the body in the post fight interview as he was gasping for breath. I was pleasantly surprised at the entertainment value (having spent nothing on it.) I was left wanting more. That says it all. Oh, and to all those idiots debating who Mike can beat in today's environement...just stop it. He's freakin' 54 years old.

Nah, Mike wasn't exactly pressing the action to the point he could have. They were both clearly in an exhibition, but Roy was happy when it ended. He was bothered plenty. He even admitted so in the post conference interview.

I'm laughing because in the end, does it really matter? Mike's 54 years old. It was fun to see him and one of my all time favs, RJJ in the ring.
