I've not seen much written about Don Fullmer (brother of middleweight champ Gene Fullmer)
Don fought a lot of good fighters, Joey Archer, Terry Downes, Emile Griffith, Jose Torres, Dick Tiger, Nino Benvenuti, Bobo Olson, Eugene Hart, Richie Kates to name a few, none of them managed to stop him. Don only had two stoppage defeats in 19 losses, one a cut and another was stopped by the ref as he was said to be groggy, so obviously a tough guy. Not much of a dig on him though (14KOS in 54 wins).
Thoughts on him anyone?

Re: Don Fullmer
Good fighter. fought in a deep era for his weight and as mentioned took on a lot of quality opponents. He often lost to them, but won often enough to show he wasn't just a journeyman. Obviously he pales in comparison to his brother, but that isn't a fair comparison.
