I have a query concerning Cyril (or Cyrille) HOPPE, born on 10th September 1917 on the island of Martinique (French island in Caribbean). Cyril has a mention on BoxRec https://boxrec.com/media/index.php/Cyril_Hoppe but unfortunately, the town of his birth hasn't been recorded.
I have made contact with Martinique island archives but somehow, they do not know his town of birth.
Could anyone on this Forum help? WIth many thanks.
