What you say is true but not usually as late as 38, and that's being kind to GGG. If he's taken to bodybuilding as a hobby of late what you say is absolutely possible but do we think that is likely?

Yeah for a fighter whose physique was almost visibly non-muscular compared to a lot of fighters nowadays, this looks like... what it is, I’d imagine

Full of himself

He’s only co-promoting Canelo-Smith with Canelo..

And GGG is also self promoted now. He’s only tagged Hearn along so he can fill the undercards and do more legwork.

These 2 fights are on DAZN, however Hearn has not done anything to promote DAZN here in the UK. Is that because when it comes to UK, he’s exclusively with Sky.

"When Mati was just a little kid he used to put his gloves on and watch YouTube videos of fighting sports.. "

Me: YouTube existed when he was a little kid? No way. Wait, that makes sense.

"His father in the corner served under Slobodon Milosevic in the early 90s..."

Me: Milosevic was Yugoslav President 30 years ago? No way. Wait, that makes sense.

I am old as Methusela.

Ali Akhmedov next. Good fighter. First noticeable mistake from DAZN. Posted up totally wrong reach for Ali (typo. way too short) and the commentator highlighted it as a significant disadvantage. He should have realised it was a typo.

Yes, love the look of Akhmedov, he's like a big Khabib to look at. Decent prospect. Will make a good fight this.

Gongora with the upset! Only caught rounds 8-12 but they were superb. Will have to watch back in full.

Ouch. Big upset. Then again, Gongora has a decent family pedigree and 400+ amateur fights. Relaxed as you like moves to whar 14-0.

It's been a good run aye, hopefully Smith/Canelo comes up with the goods tomorrow too (albeit a weak undercard).
