Just looked at his record on Boxrec and well done on winning a fight like that on his debut.
Personally in the long run I'd recommend looking at moving to a more active region. Australia might be a good bet, it leaves him options to keep improving and title challenges both nationally and in the Asia region (OPBF, WBO oriental etc.) and in the Commonwealth rankings which could see him challenging a few from the UK and Canada in the long run.
I'd use the search function on Boxrec and check out a few. Stephen Deller and/or Angelo Di Carlo look to be pretty busy both as managers and promoters so why not try contacting them.
