I am happy to invite all managers, promoter, matchmakers coaches and boxers to box in Tanzania. We are taking a very serious note and cautions on COVID-19 in the organization of our boxing events and we have major event in each month. A word of warning to anyone considering taking up this invitation.
There is a very high probability that details of a bout undertaken in Tanzania will not appear on a boxers BoxRec record.
The Tanzanian Professional Boxing Regulatory Commission, despite repeated requests, still fails to supply BoxRec with the full requirements for inclusion of shows on a regular basis.
These requirements include the need, not only for a copy of the commission report detailing boxers, results, weights, officials etc, but also for a full face photo of every boxer involved, a copy of their passport/photo ID, and full, unedited video of each bout.
All to be sent to BoxRec in the seven working days following a show.
