Anthony Joshua to Retire in Five Years
Re: Anthony Joshua to Retire in Five Years
He can do what he likes. He must be fairly well off by now. Josh is a real success story. Matchroom have also done well by him.

I remember years ago when Amir Khan claimed in his early years he'd be retired by 30.
It's a lot easier said than done.

He probably would have been had he not been screwed by those close to him. Although he did earn a nice $10m+ in 2019 from fights alone. Bought himself a holiday home in Dubai recently.

dont like it when fighters start talking about retirement out loud, it usally means there hearts not in it no more or its playing 2nd place soon, i mean how can you be willing to die in the ring if you have retirement plans and other goals soon to do,

Talk is cheap. If he keeps losing he’s not going to keep fighting. Bashed up or banged out a few times, say, and he’ll fight more and more with hundreds of millions in the bank?
