I'll put a little more coal on the fire seeing as the Walker v Fearon fight is mentioned.

When they bumped into each other some time later at Bluewater, Fearon had the audacity to say to Walker that he had "his" (Spencer's) title

I dare say it was said tongue in cheek, but it still grates :shame:

Imagine Fearon and Adam Smith commentating together. They could use it as a torture method in the army. It would drive even the most strong willed of men insane with their mindless babble.

In one sense you have to give kudos to Fearon - to keep getting these gigs despite his obvious failings.

Saw a video of him taking tris Dixon on the pads. I’m not sure whether it was meant to be a jokey quirky social media type thing but Tris was all business, concentrating and throwing his shots properly while Fearon was larking about wasting time and making daft comments to someone off camera. It didn’t reflect well on him.

Spencer’s spent too long hanging around with Tunde.

Raza Hamza did an interview with Boxing Social yesterday saying he’d left his management deal with Tunde. Apparently Tunde had promised him fights at several times but didn’t deliver. Raza was straight talking in the interview and wasn’t even too critical.

Tunde kicked off with Rob about it and Spencer’s seemingly taken his side. I didn’t realise how close they were. Tunde refers to himself as Master Genius whilst Spencer refers to himself as Master Knowledge. It’s like being back at school.

Really hope Yarde leaves Tunde.

I wouldnt think there would be a huge queue of boxers wanting his services.

all you'd need is a Lions in the Camp! recording on a loop in the gym and then get someone to play the same between rounds during a fight.

Tunde pretty much killed off any interest in a Yarde - joshua buatsi fight.

As for the twitter drama, there's probably lots of bitterness and jealously with other peoples access to fighters/promoters.

Spencer and Tunde have both blocked me on Twitter so struggled to keep up with what was going on but luckily they've both blocked about 95% of boxing Twitter so there was plenty screenshots kicking about, both are fcvking idiots, anyone who refers to themselves as Master anything needs prized out of their own sphincter

Absolute head melter. No ideal how he gets these gigs? It’s not like he had a successful pro career.

I can’t stand Spencer or Tunde.

Fearon is a homophobic racist. Who’s knowledge and punditry work is awful. He’s someone who’s opinion on boxing I have zero interest in.

Tunde is a bit more complex. He’s been in good corners for 20 years. He understands boxing and has been an asset to many fighters.
He then got some type of god like complex and came with these crazy ideas to revolutionise Boxing training. The ideas don’t work and results prove that.

He has had a naturally gifted athlete in Yarde put all his trust in him. The trust Yarde has in Tunde must be admired. But it’s completely mis-placed.
Yarde has no deep amateur experience. He could of gained so much from sparring different styles. It’s incredible that he fought Arthur who’s know for his work with his jab, yet Tunde got him ZERO sparring. If he gets Yarde used to slipping a jab in training he wins. Yarde looked like he’d NEVER seen a jab in his life. Arthur literally beat him with one hand.
If Tunde said I’ve got it wrong, we are getting quality sparring in for Yarde and rebuilding him there’s still hope. But his ego has grown to monumental levels and Yarde will never achieve his full potential with Tunde in his corner.
Without amateur seasoning and no sparring it’s going to take him at least 6 rounds to figure out tricky styles if he figures them out at all.
Imagine the improvements we’d see in Yarde with 6 months with an old school trainer. A Jimmy Tibbs. Roach would turn him into an all action aggressive monster.

Agree fully.

Who was Tunde an asset to before he did his own thing?

He keeps comparing himself to the Mayweathers and I’ve heard him justify Yarde’s lack of sparring by saying that Floyd didn’t spar much. He didn’t near the end of his career because of how much he’d done in his lifetime before that. Near 100 amateur fights at a really strong level with an Olympic medal and he sparred then too as he did until late in his pro career too.

Tunde also tried to justify him forgetting to put Yarde’s gumshield in a couple of times by saying Mayweather Snr forgot to do it for Floyd during the Canelo fight.

A very tough guy to like or respect.

It beggars belief that Fearon is getting any work on any TV channels :brick:

He's proved that he's not just a complete idiot, which is one thing, but he's also a nasty piece of work, which is far less forgivable :shame:

Maybe they have a quota to fill?

Cant think of any other justifiable reason why you'd have that premier league bellend anywhere near a camera or a microphone.

He's a racist clown

Look at his true colours here

Between 4.00 to 8.0 he refers to David Walker as ''white boy'' 4 times!
