Now... such exists in context rather than outright. Yet ,it's unacceptable in "context" also.
*note; In a 'word' we can say (IBO) on this line. BUT.. the block against them-and-all-further-"thems" relates to the male league alone AND the deal is about the =world= picture only. In other words... the IBO CAN put up State, Nation, or Intercontinental championships it's no-problem. Only... their propaganda IF they are "associated" needs. to. be. reeled. in. Simple practice.
In March/2007 I founded the UWBCAFO-I in regards to this entire progression. Sometime in 2017 I joined the American Boxing Assn. (ABA) under Dean Smith as vice president. On May 15, 2018 I formed a defacto- work to the ABA. I call my group the American Boxing Federation (ABF). [this is John Wilkinson's ABF as their are two ABF. Yet.. I have fast befriended the president of the first group and... So far/ "we are good."]
My work to date is "model" only. We will put up **certificates not belts. Titles offered at City, State, Region, & Nation. We will authorize the match and second we will authorize the Showcase.
Dean is a friend. But... the ABA negates any "good" they could do by being incomplete. They will authorize a pairing but... the Showcase they let develop "wild." Thus: they WILL have the three Virus/Sandtraps being worked freely on their watch.
I had had to change my organizational name once, already. May 15, 2019 I changed it to the title we use now. And also at that time I added a "International Arm." The ABF-I.
We offer title authorization at the following weight classifications: H (C*) LH SM M JM W JW L JL F B Fl. Jr.Fl M. JF/JB "step-up" at ABF/ABF-I.
Our C. weight has weight re-set at 190/195 (lb.)//all VACS 190. [their will be some duel-ratings because of this too]

my record in the Ring: 41 amateur with w-l-d of 25-15-1 fought lightmiddlewt. after beginning at light-welter. have a 45% ko- ratio. my 15 defeats were 12 by points; -3 x- lost via rsc/ or a med. ret. kd: (me) 4 x all.
won army (europe) V corp lightwelter championship twice.
turned pro at age 32. hartford, ct. Civic Center. match with the middleweight U.S. Olympic trials bronze medalist john scully i started w/loss. Scully is a reputable Boxing Trainer present day with "world reputation." presently he is a part of the training team of 'mega' star the unbeaten-all-ko artur beterbiev a world champ now-days in the lighthvy.wt. div.
pro:have had 13 matches from Oct. '88 thru Oct. '92 [four year] but was only 1-12 w-l. note: (code) fought jm: 1 m: 8 sm: 3 lh: 1 *my first-fourth-tenth-opp. ea. made it to a top-4 world rating [wbc wba ibf wbo every group past the first &major 4..is only fraud. though, chumps and "new fans" ~say~ differently (nonsense)]
my last match was in Oct. '92 when i fought the Russian radik chanyshev for second time. the record in some listings show the result on that incorrectly. was points L-6.
radik had fought mega-neptune talent Andrey Shkalikov just two matches/three months-prior- to our meeting. We met in Rhode Is.
pro was *stopped 3 x. kd (me) 6 x.
