The pics are very deceitful, for the following reasons: Number 1 Andy Ruiz has never read a book in his life. No 2 it looks like the AB shot was made with a filter...an ab filter. No 3 that boat/water background is clearly manufactured. Andy Ruiz doesn’t go out in nature, he doesn’t leave the home as he’s in the business of eating, and during the current COVID climate he works from home. Work is also delivered to his home and he needs to be there to accept those deliveries I.e uber Eats, kfc delivery, etc.

In reality if he trains properly he will lose weight which will have a positive impact on everything.

However there is no point if he loses weight by cutting food but not training.

Some fighters inc Tyson Fury and George Foreman trained and were in good fighting shape but never body beautiful. These fighters don't really diet as such but have trained.

I feel bad for Ruiz honestly. Perhaps I shouldn’t giving the poor shape he chose to be in for the rematch with AJ? But this guy shocked the world in one of the greatest upsets in heavyweight history and still no one really includes him in these conversations atop the division.

I’m glad to see him in shape and working with the top outfit in boxing now apparently. I just hope that he can land the types of fights that I think he deserves. I’d love to see what he would do to the Bronze Bomber. I think Ruiz would absolutely demolish him.
