Realistically, I want GGG to retire. Everything since the last Canelo fight isn't doing a lot for his legacy except putting more numbers on this tally.
If Eubank wants big fights, he needs to suck it up.

Why they don't fight each other? It's funny that atm Golovkin is suddenly a decent risk and a high reward for these guys.

It's because G is the biggest name at 160lbs, got old and looks beatable ?

Why Eubank Jr didn't take this fight and lost his pen in 2016? It was because GGG was a little younger and more dangerous than now?
GGG is the IBF champ, a top-ten pound-for-pounder and also considered as the top dog at 160lbs (as per ESPN, The RING and TBRB).

If he’s reluctant to face the very best his division has to offer, then he should either retire or vacate his title and also ask the media to remove him from their rankings.

Yes, I agree with what you say.

However, my response was conveyed in the context of apollo’s belief about GGG being old and frail, with him also believing the young guns should be facing each instead of trying to bully someone whose considered past-his-prime.

But if you’re considered the top dog and regularly express your desire to face the very best, then that understandably places a target on your back.

GGG’s rivals want to beat the best to become the best.

And we shouldn’t be sympathetic towards Golovkin’s plight, because he’s being paid handsomely, receiving all the plaudits and is considered the very best at 160lbs.

GGG earned the right to call the shots at mw! It's karma! Now it's his turn to pick whoever he makes most $ense for him!

These young, in their early 30's MW's should fight each other to build up their profile more.

Also Munguia and Murata are top MW's too!

GGG vs Munguia in Madison Square Garden and GGG vs Murata in Tokyo Dome would be very good boxing matches! :box:
