I have absolutely no idea how anybody could offer Awad a multi-million dollar deal. I hope for his sake they have and it comes off but I don't know how it can stack up.

I would assume that only the first purse is guaranteed. If he wins the title and then faces and beats Russell then he’ll deserve 7 figures. If he loses in the first fight or two then I’d be amazed if he’d be getting millions.

Multi fight, multi million deals mean you have to win all of the fights.

If you lose the first fight the contract is null and void and the first fight is never much money.

The bigger money depends on winning the world title and defending it.

Galahad is a dull boxer with another of the Ingle's cringey fake names. I'm with the muppets on this one, boxing is entertainment, Conor Benn is way more entertaining than 'Kid Galahad'.

Galahad is as skilled a boxer as we have in this country, but he is hard work to watch in the ring and listen to in interviews.

If he can make himself some good dosh with this deal, then good for him.
