I will go with Charles. Ezzard Charles had more success against heavyweights and was even heavyweight champ for a time. I think he has too much power finesse and is too complete for Foster. Charles inside the distance and if it goes the distance Charles wins easily convincingly and one sided.

At 175? I think Foster pulls out a close UD, especially if he catches Ezzard early. If Ezzard can avoid Foster's power a full 15 rounds, a big if, he can pull out a decent sized UD. But don't see that happeneing.
