First fight wasn’t a bad one and was fairly close until the stoppage.

Isn’t Dickens guaranteed at least £100k/fight from winning the golden contract? Galahad’s now thinking he’s worth loads given the PBC talks so won’t be an easy fight to make.

From memory I thought Jazza was edging it but was tiring when he got stopped. Long time ago now and both have come on. Good fight

Vaguely recall Dickens doing well and it being a close fight but then he visibly tired in later rounds and Galahad noticed, put it on him, floored him heavily and ref called it off.

Rematch might be a more cagey affair.

Hmmm.

Be interesting to see what happens with this. Will PBC go for it as Kid has alluded to? I’d be surprised if they do.

Yep - fully agree.

I reckon Eddie will bid c.£350k for it.

FW may even surprise us with a sneaky bid although he may be put off with a $5k bid fee.

Bit much for that fight on normal Sky with no fans.

What’s min bid? £100k or £200k?

Eddeh will be the only one bidding anyway.

No minimum that I could see and I’d be surprised if Eddie’s the only person bidding.

Decent fight, much rather see this rematch than the Warrington one.

Surely this ends up on Sky? I can't see anyone else bidding for it.

Can anyone shed any light on what Bellew is on about with his reference to somebody taking a third of the purse ?

20% to manager/promoter 10% to trainer would be a guess

Probably Ingle, who Boomer doesn’t like, taking 35%. Tone does it for nothing as he made a fortune on Box Office. Or, he’s just trying to hype the fight?

Sounds like Dickens is going the WBO route and will be on a Top Rank card.

Where are you getting that from? Seems a strange decision of true - Navarette will be a much tougher fight than Galahad.

Yeah, read an interview with Dickens on Boxing Scene where he talked about having "options" other than KG.

I didn't realise he was rated so highly by the WBO.

I'd say he has a much better chance of beating KG but $ talk.

i'd have to chortle if dickens shunned him, fought for the WBO and won, then a dickens vs warrington fight was made lol
