Yep.
Diaz learned a lot, patience being just one thing.
Looking forward to Rakhimov as well.

Maybe Sugar Ray Robinson?

He went on a 70 or so fight winning streak after his 1st loss I believe. Something like that. Including multiple victories over the man who handed him that loss.

He beat Lamotta (who he’d already beaten once) three weeks after his first loss. I doubt he’d changed or improved much in that time. More a case of if you fight that often you’ll lose one at some point.

Haye sprung to mind for me as it made him realise he didn't just need to turn up and win, a good loss as it helped him long term with preparing properly and not underestimating people.

yeh, got himself into a mandatory position as well. Froch beat Groves, but then dropped the title instead of fighting DeGale.

Many at that point thought DeGale, as a more technical boxer, would have beaten Froch.

tough to call like i said i be came james de gale fan after his lost it humbled him i think, one thing de gale kept doing and never really stopped was go missing in rds and give away easy rounds, i think that cost him in away as he could of been better shame them fights neverd happend though as froch v a skilled boxer would of been interesting

Yep, Joe came back a much better fighter and destroyed Max Schmeling in the rematch. The Brown Bomber lost only to Schmeling, Ezzard Charles and Rocky Marciano in a career that spanned 17 years.

Marvin Hagler became more aggressive after his first and second losses.
