Scene is basically dead. All the old sites like Customizedvds, FightsonDVD(?) are long gone. Barely any sellers around.

I used to buy off a couple of UK sellers years back, they were alright.

I found this Japanese guy, he had a load of stuff that most of the advertising sellers didn't. He used to email me at weird times of the day begging me to order new sets etc. I reckon I did about £300 quid with him.

Broadband and torrents effectively killed most of them off, or at least their trade. Some still sold the big foreign fights but YouTube and streaming killed them off for good.
