So happy for Castano, what an astounding win! Now I hope he faces Charlo for the undisputed or Crawford...

:TU: Castano was almost jobbed in France vs Soro and against Lara. A fun fighter to watch.

The draw was the best result for me. Diaz looked busted but got some nasty shots, Rakhimov hopped like cricket and delivered a lot but was not that consistent. JoJo should just not fail weight cuts anymore, though, as it was on the verge of being discarded.

Draw is fine, but if you miss weight by 3 lbs, and draw for a vacant belt, the guy that made weight should get it.

Nah...can’t agree with that....you should always have to beat somebody to actually get a belt.

All due respect mate but i dont agree with the last part, it shouldn't matter who is champ/challenger, favourite/underdog or home/away fighter, winning 7 rounds should suffice

i thought rak won those rather clear tbh, esp the 12th. i thought mannix was too generous to rak in the middle rounds and then was maybe compensating for it by giving the last 3 to jo jo, i can see the 10th, but i thought rak defo won the last 2 and in the 12th had jo jo looking weary and bullied......that look where they are starting to come undone a bit

I agree with the draw.

I don't know about you guys but when I turn on boxing I want to see a good fight and that's what Diaz/Rakhimov gave us last night.
That was a damn good fight, let's not lose track of that for once.

Could not contemplate how Mannix gave the last two to JoJo. Draw a very fair decision in what was a good boxing match. Very disappointed that we end up with a vacant IBF belt. Who’s in line now? Farmer vs Rakh? That would be a good fight, and I’d pick Rakh to win it by UD.

Rios was dominant albeit against a faded Negrete than the one we saw go to war with Franco. The man himself said he’s ready to retire. Fighter like that needs to seriously think about if he wants to stay in the sport. Add Rios to the mix as another contender and 122 is a loaded division.

Winner of the night is Castano who was completely dominant. Unify with Charlo pretty please. He’ll give Jermell all he can handle and then some.

A close fight, but I have a winner there, it's Diaz 115-113. Diaz was prepared worse than Rakhimov, probably took him not seriously enough. Rakhimov is a solid hard-working competitor with good fundamentals, but he lacked power, thought and pro-experience. Rakhimov seemed to outwork Diaz, but Diaz showed decent defensive skills with blocking the majority of Rakhimov's shots. Diaz timing was good as well and he clearly scored more damage through the fight.

I’m not sure what point you’re making....I responding to the guy that was essentially saying Rakhimov should get the belt just because he made weight.
