Josh Taylor should face Adrien Broner after Ramirez

Broner is returning at 140 this weekend. Josh Taylor is a fantastic fighter but weirdly has a very low profile (?) and casuals don't know him. So Broner would be the perfect opponent!

Imagine the atmosphere of that fight in scotland when the crowds are back. And Taylor giving the clown a bad beating :) would love to see that fight.

It'd be an easy one for Taylor. Not sure how many opportunities Broner deserves at big fights just for being an arrogant smartass. He's proven quite a few times what he'll do when given the big fights. He'll turtle up. Shake his head with the 'ol "You didn't hurt me" move while doing f*ck all, and then act as if he did good after the fight.

Personally I hope Broner gets upset this weekend, and we're just done with the guy, but I don't see that happening as the guy he's fighting fought a close one with Demarcus Corley in 2017 so he can't be too impressive.

Can someone explain why Broner is considered relevant by anyone, anywhere?

It baffles me. I lost interest after he lost to Porter 5 and a half years ago. Was his last clear win Theophane in April 16?

Which other boxers have been so unimpressive for so long that and were never top class in the first place is there a demand for?

He was a great prospect once upon a time but that was a career ago. I'd be more excited about watching Francisco Bojado if I heard he was coming back.

Dont want to see it anymore, always try to like broner as an opponent, but Broner is brutaly negative, and dosent deserve any big fights, he lost that in my mind, even though he was 100x more skillfull he just hardly threw a shot.

Were boxing forums full of posts demanding high profile fights for those 2 though? Smith in particular got way more opportunities than he deserved but I don't remember reading or hearing lots of people justifying them like the do with About Billions.
