she fights at 135 and 145 in MMA. so its tricky, can make 135, but i doubt she should in boxing where big weight cuts arnt as advantagous. mabey 140, mabey 147.

Overeem and Dos Santos were released for their UFC contracts.

Overeem had a few fights left on his contract.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see Overeem sign for One or Rizen. Could still make decent money beating cans

Fighters have their own managers. Well ones I can think off. Some probably self manage. They still have to get themselves the best deal.

They were destined to more expensive beat-ups, a smart move by UFC.

Petr Yan made one of the dumbest moves ever... Adesanya simply felt the physical difference, he was brought down and punished for good.

Thanks. I guess their managers are more like their agents though? The ufc guys kind of have to take the fights Dana wants them to or their off roster. Couldn’t work in boxing and I belive is even illegal!?!?
They turn down fights all the time.

Even with more weights you still see boxers hydrating too much.

If you can’t make weight safely, then it’s not the weight you should be in.
