Rewatched fights and changed

A thread to discuss fights that you have watched and rewatched (and maybe again) where you changed your mind about the score and who won?

Immediately what springs to mind for me is Floyd vs Oscar.

The first time i watched the fight I had it scored to Oscar...

A load of years later (during one of Floyd's hiatus's) I revisited it and the second time around I had scored it as a draw...

I had that 9-3 Floyd, watched again after so many calling it close and had the same score. Still don't see how someone can find 5 rounds for Oscar.

Originally I had Trinidad by 116-112 but now all I can come up with is 114-114.

I've always had Castillo edging over Floyd in the 1st fight, but, after I rewatched it last summer or so, I had Floyd winning close.

I had different variations of Canelo-Golovkin bouts. Now I stick to Golovkin winning the 1st one and the 2nd one being an either going affair (draw after the last rewatching).

why do doods change their scores?

less emotion /less persuaded by commentary second time around?

there' s also the risk i guess of letting other people's input about what happened affect your rewatching, so it can go both ways

For me, I think that it's favourtism. I give the guy that I want to win too much credit. Thinking stuff like;
"Well, he didn't do too badly there.... Landed a few shots... Covered up well"

That kind of thing...

I can see a point change, but not more than that. I watched Trinidad v De La Hoya live and scored it 115-114 for Tito. Scored it again a few years ago and had it 114-114. Also had Lockridge edging Chavez when I watched it live, called it a draw the next time.

As for Mayweather-Castillo 1: Live, I had Floyd edging it; on replay, I gave it to Castillo 8-4.

"Well, he didn't do too badly there.... Landed a few shots... Covered up well"

That kind of thing...

That happens to me a lot,both for liking and disliking a fighters skews my judgement till I rewatch it. A lot.
But I thought Cotto beat Canelo Alverez both of whom I like.
