No it wasn’t - Barry Hearn promoted it. He was Benn and Eubank’s promoter. Warren signed a deal as Benn’s manager right before. Matchroom were going into partnership with Don King for the middleweight thing with Eubank, Benn and Pyatt involved. Until Hearn and King fell out after Benn-Eubank II. Benn also fell out with Hearn. All over the draw and the contract.
it will never be on main terrestrial tv again,i would be surprised if boxing is still going as the same sport in 10 years ,fury v aj yea it would get viewers just because people know them as celbs , i bet saul v bjs would be small numbers for free tv i dont reckon froch v groves would of got a lot either , no one watches terrestrial tv no more ,
I think people have short memories - it was on terrestial TV just over a year ago (as a simulcast) - I can see that scenario happening - to use terrestial tv as a platform to promote a PPV.

One of the fighters in that opening went on to be a two time world title challenger. I'd be surprised if anyone can tell me who it is unless you've got a big screen and a keen eye.
