Glad Hagler is revered now by the fans as well he should be. One of the all time greatest Middleweight Champions without question. Probably universally Top 5, most people would have him Top 3 amongst Middleweight Champions I'd think.

From the Mail Online: Anti-vaxxers hijack boxing legend Marvin Hagler's death after rival Tommy Hearns said he was 'in ICU fighting after-effects of vaccine': Boxer's family says 66-year-old actually died of natural causes at home.

Hagler's son James told TMZ his father was rushed to hospital with chest pains and was experiencing trouble breathing before dying about four hours later.

Tommy Hearns posts: 'Our love and respect to Marvin and his family, this is not an anti vaccine campaign.. it's outrageous to have that in mind during the passing of a King, Legend, Father, Husband and so much more.'

The rumours will continue to fly unless it is categorically stated that he had not received the vaccine in the last few days.

Hopkins is overblown and competed in the relatively weak era. Hopkins isn't near to the great Hagler. Hagler would boss Hopkins.

I was a huge Vito Antoufermo fan when he faced Hagler. After that fight (Bullshite draw), I became an even bigger Hagler fan. He gave us so many great memories in an out of the ring. Never forget 'silk pajamas.'

If you know what you’re looking at, Monzon mastered distance, timing and ring generalship better than any fighter in history.

Bennie Briscoe would’ve battered Bernard Hopkins (probably out of the ring). B-Hop had enough trouble with Antwun Echols (and he couldn’t lace Bennie’s boots).

Sorry my mistake his era was full of greats but he did not fight them all in their prime. My dad always said the Valdez fight should of happened years before. Benvenuti was past his best. I’m not saying people shouldn’t rate him as the best MW just that I don’t think he looked spectacular.
