Boxrec Display Issues

For the last two weeks, I've am been experiencing some weird issues with my Boxrec account. For some reason, when I'm logged on records are shown incorrectly. For example, Oscar Valdez is shown to have lost certain fights even though he is undefeated as a pro. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue?
