I agree. I think women’s boxing is terrible but Scotney can fight lovely style

Scotney’s decent but she doesn’t seem to carry much pop in her punches.

I think the Rea fight that was shown on Facebook between 2 unbeaten middleweights would have been a better fight to have on Sky than having both predictable women’s fights.

Yep she hit that girl from the weight div. below with a lot of perfect headshots and nothing happened.
Maybe when she's about 24-5 she'll get her woman-strength ! :D

For our American friends...

Fowler was pleased with his performance, considering that win a step-up to European level from the English title level wins his had before. He wants to rematch Fitzgerald next ideally, but is happy to fight anyone of Cheeseman, Metcalf, or Sergio Garcia - whoever Eddie Hearn says.

he ko'd a spanish title level operator, let's see him in with those names he mentions or at least keiron conway or someone like that

im not convinced by this 'improvement' till he does that, he was blowing out dudes early before. he steps down a level from fitz then is suddenly doing it again. amazing how that works!

That's true Thatch, but I DO think he's improved.
I'm fairly sure he'd beat Fitz, Conway and The Big Cheese.

talk is easy, showing it is another thing. he already fought one of those guys and got dropped on his ass and beat. cheese himself was beating area level type guys easy , at least he took his first L vs a solid euro champ. i thought he did better vs fitz than fowler did btw

people have short memories, like i said, he was blowing out dudes early before, then failed when he fought someone who wasnt merely brought in as fodder

he just beat a spanish title level guy without power, not anyone of note. most of wins are over area/english level dudes at best.

I did agree with you T.I.L. !
Of course he's gotta prove it, but I think he will - @ Brit level at least.

Cordina should have a bit of physicality and power @ SFW.
IF he does, then he's Euro level easy.

Cordina's working his way into it, he's been tentative but that's to be expected I suppose the hands and the lay off

David Haye has just jinxed Okolie's future move up to heavyweight. Haye's forecasts are always wrong.

Talk of Okolie moving to heavy reminds me of Maccarinelli. If you have the power but not the natural size, reach or chin, only amazing skills can make up for that.

I heard Okolie dieted down to 12st? If so it means he's naturally skinny, and his reach is average if accurate.

For example, Ruiz has a great chin, good speed, decent power, and he's hard to push around. But his lack of natural size and height are still big downsides for him. Wilder has the best straight right in the business...

Maccarinelli had memorable career knockouts for and against him.

Haye surely can't believe that, talk about hyping him up.

Cordina pretty boring should have groundhod day as his nickname, pretty much every round the same. ps how did they come up with them score cards. did they add them up right :KO: :KO:

Bloody hell those scores were close. Cordina lost his way in the second half of the fight but didn't get the impression it was that close.

Just found Okolie's reach listed as 82.5", so that's long actually. I thought his arms looked rangy, but read a misprint earlier.
