Fowler
Re: Fowler
He was a top, top amateur so it’s probably difficult not to think you’re the best. He’d beat Fitz in a rematch because of his dedication whereas Scott went off the rails.
His celebrations might be a bit OTT but it means a lot to him.

Re: Fowler
he should fight the cheese - metcalfe winner, or even the loser if it's close
at least someone of kieron conway's level next
so far he's specializing in crushing area level opponents. for perspective, the guy he just beat had a pretty much even fight with navid mansouri, who on the british scene couldnt win more than a round and almost got stopped by conway (who is prob the worst of the fitz, cheese, metcalfe group tbh)
i used to rate him, but he showed some limitation vs fitz and then went straight back to the same opposition he'd been easily beating before. its been 2 years, he should step it up again, he's gonna be in for a bit of a shock if he starts to think he can ko british level or better opponents with jabs

Re: Fowler
Don't particularly like him, but I enjoyed his fight with Fitz and it was close enough that you could probably see him winning a rematch. Partilarly with Fitz being a bit mental.
I see him as a solid domestic level guy who might pick up a Euro title against the right opponent.
He was pushed heavily early on, I suspect that him being related to Robbie Fowler and Adam Smith being a big Liverpool fan might have something to do with that. Although, that is just speculation on my part.

Re: Fowler
I guess Fowler will have to fight Garcia, Cheeseman or Metcalfe soon, then we will see if any real improvements have been made.
The Fitz fight will still be there too, but that depends what Fitz will turn up.
Alternatively he can keep going as he is and he will be sent as a lamb to the slaughter against an elite boy in the US.
All depends how much confidence Eddie has in him.

DAZN have been building up a Fowler- Ammo Williams narrative for a while. If he doesn’t get the Cheeseman-Metcalf winner, Fitz rematch or European shot then they may roll the dice against Williams who beat Douglin a couple of weeks back.

Re: Fowler
Good quality amateur and appears to live the life, so may well come good yet. Seems to have got caught up in the hype around the Fitzgerald fight, but no reason why he can’t put that right and push on. Still relatively early days in his pro career so difficult to judge his ceiling.
