Who is the heavweight boxer nicknamed 'The President', I am NOT talking about Ike Ibeabuchi there is a boxer with the same nickname that has fought in the last few years and I can't remember his name (not sure if he's Turkish or German maybe)

The only guys that I can find that come up with that nickname on Boxrec who have more than just a few fights are Bash Ali (CW) and Reagan Dessaix (LHW). Could his nickname be a translation of The President?
