Anybody who has ever dieted down below circa 10% body fat naturally will have not far off castrate level testosterone. I've done it and was lethargic, weak as piss, angry, etc but looked great in the mirror. If I'd gone to the doctor then he'd have banged me on testosterone gel guaranteed.

As soon as I start getting some bodyfat back on, the testosterone shoots up again, I'm big strong, aggressive, libido is strong, etc.

There's a reason the post steroid era great fighters weren't 'ripped'.

How was your recovery down at 10% compared to a healthier frame - would be good for everyone to know because depleting T is dangerous

Therapeutic Use Exemptions - you would be surprised how many boxers are allowed certain substances.

Bodyfat is a tricky one. It’s probably a case by case basis of how functional you are at low body fat. People tend to over estimate how lean they are, and a lot of electronic measurements can be inaccurate. In bodybuilding a lot of people suggest 15% is a good functional weight, where you still look lean but have plenty or energy and ability to still build muscle. Probably Tyson Fury was only this lean once, in the Klitschko fight. 10% body fat is probably fairly rare in boxing in the higher weight classes. And 4% is as low as any humans ever get really, with very doped up top professional bodybuilders. I think to have sub 10% body fat generally has a lot of effect on energy and performance levels, probably even if you are blasting a lot of testosterone and anabolic steroids/SARM stacks. The usual effect of a natural guy trying to go sub-10% body fat is they will strip off all their muscle and be weak as a kitten.

Everything felt terrible. I was genuinely looking for places to lie down all the time. That is not an exaggeration. I could still train six days a week (in my thirties when I did it) but everything else suffered and my actual training output was dire when I look back. I couldn't get a hard on for months. Bathing and putting a baby in their pjs absolutely goosed me. I was only sleeping about three hours a night. My blood pressure was dangerously low to the extent I'd go dizzy if I stood up too fast, etc. I even started going bald.

No way can anyone function at a high level naturally at that bodyfat level.

P.s. I was lower than 10%. Really vascular, but not bodybuilder contest level with shredded glutes. Maybe 8% but it's a bit of a guessing game. Whatever I was I wouldn't recommend it.
