Orlando Canizales unanimous decision. He was the best bantamweight of the late 80s into the mid 1990s. Zaragoza was a tough nut no question but Orlando has the edge in speed and skill. the southpaw style of Zaragoza could cause a problem but Canizales overcomes it and prevails in a good hard fought tough fight.

Zaragoza fought more times at Super Bantamweight and was established in that division, he was a tough and all in there type of boxer.
Canizales flirted with the division among others, lost twice there though but to good opponents in Vazquez and Jones by slim decisions.
Canizales was a very good boxer and more polished, he could have it at centre ring so to speak, but was more than adequately equipped in the skill department which he excelled in throughout his career.
Canizales Decision.

I remember both of these Boxers.
I think Canizales would win by a decision.
It wouldn't be a wide decision because Zarazoga was Awkward and extra Durable. He was fun to watch with those loopy punches.
