Mir's best boxing displays were in breaking down and stopping Nogueira, in destroying Silva and Duffee.

Personally, I think the Noqueira fight stands out as his great striking performance and although his stand up looked much more composed in his fights against Bigfoot and Dufee, their chins were non-existant at this point and the KO was almost inevitable.

Either way, it's still not good enough to beat Tarver with his skills, it may just be who's body has the most left which is a sad way to judge a fight.

He also fought big Bob Sapp who was like 375 lbs. in a Pride fight. He got hammered early on but eventually got Sapp on the ground and tapping out to an arm bar. These guys are all wacked fighting at their age.

Yeah, Cunningham looks fit, while Mir's best shape was at noticeably lower weight.

cunningham owns a boxing gym and i imagine is still pretty sharp for a retired guy, he's still kept on training in the gym after retiring, i dunno if he still spars at all but he has 10000x more experience as a boxer than mir anyway

Probably about the same as Cunningham, but that would have been his full potential realised. Cunnungham could do better, if he became sharper.
