Came on strong in the second half of that fight and had Billy running for the hills and from memory has him in a bit of trouble in the final round(s)....

the ryder fight is underrated, was a very good scrap and very close, ryder hurt bjs in the last round and was a 1 or 2 point type of fight

yea i thought that could of been called any 3 ways , yea ryder put bjs on the back foot by landing , ryder is underrated , unfortunately for ryder he has never come out a winner when he lost just tough work has bought him backmargaret thatcher wrote: ↑06 Apr 2021, 13:47 the ryder fight is underrated, was a very good scrap and very close, ryder hurt bjs in the last round and was a 1 or 2 point type of fight

Luke Campbell came out with a lot of credit when he lost narrowly to Jorge Linares, especially after being dropped early on. Linares was highly thought of at the time as a good champion and Luke pushed him pretty hard despite his rocky start to the fight.
Sadly for Campbell he's had a career of falling short at the top level ever since, albeit in a very competitive weight class.
