Good job the doc closely checking the African probably to see if he was actually alive before he entered the ring.

Is all this dancing an Uzbekistan thing? It's just pissing off people who want to see fights.
Re: Murodjon Akhmadaliev vs. Ryosuke Iwasa - 3 April 2021
Well, someone has Sergio Mora lisping and joking with Mannix, or Hearn giving multiple interviews like he is the one fighting... now Madrimov against Kalombo, fire match-up.TheLeprechaun wrote: ↑03 Apr 2021, 11:18 Is all this dancing an Uzbekistan thing? Re: Murodjon Akhmadaliev vs. Ryosuke Iwasa - 3 April 2021
Madrimov 59 - 55 Kalombo. Ismail leaves some openings but still shows great mobility and precision. South African is a tough client though.
Re: Murodjon Akhmadaliev vs. Ryosuke Iwasa - 3 April 2021
Madrimov 79 - 72 Kalombo. It was getting lit due to the KD at the end of the 8th, Madrimov is sniping the tallier, lankier man.
Re: Murodjon Akhmadaliev vs. Ryosuke Iwasa - 3 April 2021
Good show by Madrimov, Kalombo looked like a middleweight in there and the size factor could be a problem for Ismail. Now time for that madman Giyasov.
Re: Murodjon Akhmadaliev vs. Ryosuke Iwasa - 3 April 2021
That stoppage by Giyasov was sick.
Re: Murodjon Akhmadaliev vs. Ryosuke Iwasa - 3 April 2021
Akhmadaliev looks unbelievably seasoned for an 8 fight pro although Iwasa is making life difficult for him so far.
Re: Murodjon Akhmadaliev vs. Ryosuke Iwasa - 3 April 2021
Second better for Akhmadaliev. He's starting to look the part.
Re: Murodjon Akhmadaliev vs. Ryosuke Iwasa - 3 April 2021
2-1 Akhmadaliev . They keep saying how durable Iwasa is. He's going to need to be the way this is going.
Re: Murodjon Akhmadaliev vs. Ryosuke Iwasa - 3 April 2021
Akhmadaliev 39 - 37 Iwasa. Muro has not skipped a beat since january 2020. Iwasa is durable and has his moments.
Re: Murodjon Akhmadaliev vs. Ryosuke Iwasa - 3 April 2021
Early stoppage but Iwasa was getting hit a lot.

Didn’t think that was premature that was a perfect stoppage

Nick Halling is an idiot.
Akhm looks a million dollars, was I seeing things, I thought the Japanese was getting battered in that round ..no defence

It was premature but not as much as people are saying.
On a side note Paul Smith on commentary always sounds like hes giving a eulogy at a funeral.

Quality performance. I’m keeping my DAZN subscription. Who was the Japanese guy crying? His trainer?
Re: Murodjon Akhmadaliev vs. Ryosuke Iwasa - 3 April 2021
I'm in two minds about it. Yes Iwasa is a wily old veteran and probably could have gone a few more rounds but at the same time I think Akhmadaliev had his number and the beating was only going to get worse.

Re: Murodjon Akhmadaliev vs. Ryosuke Iwasa - 3 April 2021
Poor stoppage that, Akhmadaliev was just starting to cut loose, he was starting to find the range for his left, he was a bit overeager with it before, Iwasa made him miss with most of his power punches, his jab was good though, Iwasa never badly hurt and threw enough to keep him in it, Akhmadaliev began to open him up in the 5th and he was taking clean punches but didnt look that bad, you seen the ref hovering and you knew he fvcking couldn't wait to jump in
Re: Murodjon Akhmadaliev vs. Ryosuke Iwasa - 3 April 2021
Iwasa was not going to do another rally like against Tapales, he was having his moments but got leathered for almost five rounds. Come on, MJ looked on another level.

Re: Murodjon Akhmadaliev vs. Ryosuke Iwasa - 3 April 2021
No doubt Akhmadaliev was turning the screw but its a world title fight, no way Smoger stops that there, as good as Akhmadaliev was looking in round 5 i still thought the commentary were fawning a bit too much, he was a bit sloppy for the first 3 rounds, Iwasa made him miss a lot of his attacks
