I'd guess Pacquiao by a 8-4 type of UD.
It'd be Great in the first 5 rounds.

I could see Camacho giving Pacquiao a lot of problems. Ultimately I figure Pac will be able to answer him enough to win a close UD, but it'd be a tough bout for him.

Hector "Macho" Camacho was never good after the win of Edwin "Chapo" Rosario in 1986.
When Camacho jumped to jr welterweight he was not the same fighter. That was circa 1989-92.
Manny Pacquiao would beat him up bad. I mean bad, but will not stop him.

If it were the Camacho that beat Jose Luis Ramirez in 1985, then I would have put my money on him. Big Time! He was that good!

130 Camacho all day, 135 I go with Camacho again. 140 Pacquiao by UD.
