Does anyone know of any titles that were fought for in another country one that springs to mind is Brian Magee vs Tony Oakey fighting for the British Title in Dublin ?

I think there are others but not many

Only difference is Gibralter is technically a British Territory, whereas Dublin is not.

Belfast's Sam Storey travelled all the way to the States to defend his Irish middleweight title against Steve Collins in Boston in 1988. Both men were unbeaten but Collins punched out a comprehensive 10-round decision.

The PABA Heavyweight title was... Well... Fought pretty much everywhere:

PABA for those unaware was the Pan Asian Boxing Association, the WBA's regional affiliate. But the title ended up being fought for in the UK, the US, Germany, Czech Republic, Chile, Fiji... And plenty of other places...

That's due to some peculiar OPBF rule that would have allowed Lito Dante to fight for the Japanese Minimumweight title last year (before covid canceled the bout)

Now that is funny. I can't understand why the Commonwealth is still a thing in sports. It seems a bit racist and old fashioned. Like former British Empire.

And of course Prince Patel has won African Union and Tanzinian titles!
I guess he is licensed out of Tanzania now.

Just checked he is actually Commonwealth super fly champ

And also picked up WBO, IBF and WBA regional belts. Must cost him a fortune in sanctioning fees but I guess he gets a ranking in all of them. Expect a genuine world title shot before long.

To be fair he has done a marvellous job managing himself.
