I really like the look of Dalton Smith. He’s not just beating guys, he’s really working them over which is the sign for me of a really good young fighter for me.
I also really like Conor Benn now. Would you still call him a prospect?

Yep - that’s my take too at the moment. Still young though so may develop some power. Silky skills though.margaret thatcher wrote: ↑05 Apr 2021, 13:10looks fast and skillful....maybe got pillow hands though?

To be fair, boxrec rates this guy 128 out of 248 middles in the USA. I think he's probably beyond the prospect stage, though at 71 he's still got 10 years in the game.margaret thatcher wrote: ↑05 Apr 2021, 11:15 came across this kid just recently at middle and am very impressed.... albie hughes

Can you see fighting for a world title and winning? Ideally I'd like to see him move up to heavyweight and fight Fres Oquendo for a WBA world title of some description.....margaret thatcher wrote: ↑05 Apr 2021, 15:26 ya maybe he's more of a contender now, either way i really rate him![]()

defo still a prospect, only like 20 and still very early days. defo impressive, also agree with mav's comment -- does tend to coast a bit and not push as much as you think he could. you see this with a lot of good fighters when they arent being challenged enough, they should get him in with some plucky english/brit title contender who is gonna come and try to beat him

Re: your favoruite prospects
He's not that fast on his feet and his handspeed i would say is average. But his timing is very decent, and he clearly hits very hard! Definitely one to watch I would say.
