Valdez was the 15 round champion and B-Hop was capable to go 15 rounds too in today's fight. When it comes to this match up, B-Hop was the more accomplishment middleweight champion and he would out-box Valdez behind his jabs and combinations from long range like Monzon did and take a decision.

Hopkins would attempt to complain and whine his way to a victory. But the judges would rule on what they saw and not what they heard. Leaving Bernard to continue whining about the decision in the wake of a Valdez close decision.

Only if Oscar was promoting the fight, and had seen to it the "proper" judges were being utilized.

My opinion is much more valid than your Internet bum ass. I boxed at a good level and understand what I am watching. Bum ass Internet fans questioning me. Joke.

Sir your validity, as well as keen insight and sterling reputation, is irreproachable, No one would (or should) question the depth of your knowledge, or the width of your mustache....you are known far and wide and respected in all latitudes, not to mention the majority of longitudes. My internet bum ass pales miserably when juxtaposed to your self defined brilliance and bedazilization.

In defense of my sorry bum ass self, I simply sought to share my heart felt opinion, laced with some humor, with of course only a wee bit of accumulated wisdom over my over 70 years of experience and observation. My opinion should probably be placed in a smaller font, in order to keep it in perspective. And provide less grist for the mill of provocation.

Other than that let me restate what it is that I believe in this matter........in a fair shootout.....Valdes would indeed be likely to hold his own, and quite likely (despite your nearly spotless record within the realm of the hypothetical, and your dizzying degree of accuracy in all matters of fisticuffs) proceed to beat a high percentage of the Bejabbers out of the competitor you clearly appear to favor in this match up.

These are the irrefutable dynamics of my opinion.
